Moss

I've noticed that my soil area is primarily covered in moss on the soil. Even in dryer temperatures there is still moss, however it looks less green and not as healthy as it would during rainy months. In the rainy months (november, december, january, and a little bit of february) the moss would be a vibrant green and the soil is much more moist.
